Scope of Repair: Full replacement of all roof sheathing, roofing (steep and low slope), gutters, and downspouts. Replacement and insulation of all attic exhaust fan ducting. Upgraded attic ventilation system. Extensive siding repairs, framing, and sheet metal work.

Products Used: CertainTeed Landmark shingles, Firestone Tapered Polyiso insulation, Firestone UltraPly TPO.

Project Size: 3 residential buildings; 1 garage building; 30 units; 27,600
SF roof area.

Project Remarks: Replacing the roofs on these buildings required removing and replacing 100% of the plywood sheathing along with performing a lot of carpentry and custom sheet metal work. We received an overwhelming response from the satisfied owners.
