Scope of Repair: Full replacement of roofing, skylights, gutters, and downspouts. Extensive replacement, repair, and insulation
of attic exhaust fan ducting. Upgraded attic ventilation
system. Targeted replacement of siding with painting of
new areas.

Products used: CertainTeed Landmark shingles, HardiePlank and
HardieShingle siding, Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint, Velux
skylights, 6” gutters, and 3” x 4” downspouts.

Project Size: 12 residential buildings; 25 units; 53,000 SF roof area.

Project Remarks: We faced numerous challenges during this project,
including some very steep roof slopes and minimal space
for maneuvering and storage. Despite these challenges, our
team completed the project ahead of schedule and
on-budget.
